I suggested to make the low land a large rice field to avail ourselves of an opportunity to increase a self-sufficiency rate( I suggested to recover a house, a building, a city and village on the high land) .

Government buys the rice field of the people given up farming and lends it and machines young people don’t have jobs instead of building new their houses.

Train rail is constructed inland and supplies are carried by freight traffic instead of trucking.

Let’s revival a model city in Tohoku for the whole Japan.

The victim talk together about idea of revival and rehabilitation their city.

The victim need the information of their families safety and live there to hope meeting again them, too.
