Let them take refuge from the Fukushima atomic power plant, as concerning to the Tohoku district earthquake.

The advice to evacuate the people within a radius of 2 km from Fukushima atomic power plant is issued. At most, do we issue the advice within a radius of 100 km from a reactor.

We should let the people stayed in Tokyo evacuate to the suburbs of Tokyo or to the west of Japan by coach if we can.

A cooling device of a reactor will stop at 22o’clock on11th of March and there is no prospect of recovery by substitute device.

(If we cannot use refrigerate coolant because of so hot, cool down by chemical reaction and reclaim by concrete if it is so late.
