We should keep cultural asset belong to the person, the museum, a Shinto shrine and a temple in Tohoku area

We can find new rare fossils in the scene of a landslide.

Please remove the healthy people to inland area, beside the sea of Japan, Hokkaido area and so on because of the decrease using of citizen along coast of Pacific ocean.

Next we heard they were planning to use a boric acid solution and water.

When burning hydrogen becomes 1900℃, the too hot reactor will change the plant building into destroyed one.

I want to know how to refrigerate the reactor when the announced explosion means 1900℃ hydrogen or 100℃ steam.

Can we make a huge caldera by concrete included the plants number 1 to 4 and refrigerate and shield them?

A huge caldera is made alike claiming land from the sea. Put huge tetra pots and smaller tetra little by little and surround the plants by them along the coast.

Then it covered with concrete.

Can we pour the water our government says ( the method may be accompanied by risk of a phreatic explosion ) pour a boric acid solution (we do not know we can get so much ), or concrete (we do not know it can harden soon) in the caldera.

Of course, there is the risk of a flood without the foundation work.

I know there are the many problem of electric systems of reactors

And nuclear fuel leaks in the caldera, too.

But we should surround and shield neutron beam as soon as it is cooler than after when we think about after a few mounths and a few years.

It is better that we have much time to make the foundation work if we reclaim the area within radius of a few km.

I will leave it to the decision of the Japanese and foreign specialists, government and Tonen from now about the radiation shielding.

A radrioactive substance irradiates some radiant rays.

The ability of emission radiation is radioactivity.

Nuclear fuel and coolant have radioactivity.

Generally, it is seldom possible that the heated air and seawater in order to refrigerate coolant are contaminated .

This time we do not know how many becquerels are the air and water because the atomic power plant is destroyed.

We do not know that air, steam and fragment of blast are contaminated or not.

We do not know water for extinguishment fires,too.

The reason why we do not know is invisible radiation.

We cannot look at the rays from a distance and measure the level.

Then why does anybody measure it.

The most terrible victim is measurer who carries the radiation detector and measures radiant rays near reactor in the plant.

So we cannot know he comes back safety again after his measures them.

The reason why we do not know is that they have already been and could not measure radiation because of so hot, or not.

Tonen and government should announce officially why they don’t measure.

I approve it is effective that the victims smoothly remove a unit of village.

They talk together and give boiled rice and take care of people each other.

The unit composed friendly neighbour is better.

It is decrease the danger of theft if they return back destroyed houses with the people of the unit.

I watched the TV program a policeman, a fireman and a rescue worker keep guard a village during the rummage.

Some people are Reluctant to agree to the Buddhist people go to church and the Christian people go to temple.

The understand of other religions is knowledge about their lives and that is not brain washing. We need respect each other.

For example, there are many temple, pilgrims’ lodging in a temple and a tourist house with a small kitchen in Shikoku area. They have traveling by coach know-how there.

There are the cheap hotel near hot spring.

It is most important that we will rip up a new temporary dwelling.

But I think it costs so much the building of some hundreds of thousands of shelters.

It is decrease a tourist for this disaster.

I suggest many victims use a condominium, a cheap hotel and a tourist house already built in Kansai area.

The neutron beam sometimes changes normal atom into radioactive isotope because of radioactive decay.

But a concrete and a heavy metal shield the neutron beam near the plant.

 Radiations, electromagnetic wave, electron, neutron and other particles radioactive substance emits change to radioactive isotope around normal atom.

The advice to evacuate that people have to stay in the house means should not expose the air include radiations outside. That is to say that people avoid eating and breathing through nose and mouth in the open air contaminated by radioactivity.

The neutron direct beam from the plant does not always change normal atom of agricultural products, marine products, water and soil in a remote place occurs into radioactive isotope.

(I suppose that the government ‘s advice to evacuate out of 10km from the plant means avoidance the neutron direct beam.)

It is possible there are safety products resorbed water used safety soil and especially produced in the greenhouse in 100km aera from the plants.

Domestic animals fed radioactive foods and water in Kansai expose radioactive contamination. Also people taken radioactive foods and water in Kansai, too .
